You have a broken wire.

Replacing it may require removing the car door panel.
Then get out the vehicle and enter thru the front door.
Both drivers door and front passenger door locks not working.
Again if one door doesn t work but others do the problem could be with the door lock solenoid.

The remote opens the rear doors only then you have to climb in and reach the inside front latch to open the door.
If the lock isn t getting power hold the lock switch either up or down and then open and close the door repeatedly to see if the lock will work.
Nissan can said what ever they want but my 2017 nissan rogue with only 30 000 miles the driver side door lock is not working all the other doors are okay.
To lock the car all doors operate with key fob or manually pressing the lock button on the driver side panel but the driver door does not respond.
Nissan had or has recall on the 2008 rouge for the same problem.
If not there is the actuator that does not allow the central locking and i think is a matter of locksmith my solution so far is i disconnected the light from driver side door removed the plug and before i leave the car close by central locking the car and then manually the driver door looking for more permanent solution thanks.
I always have to push down the lock to lock the door.
The solenoid is bad.
