Replaced the rear door fuse to no avail.
The body control modual is not recieving a feed back from the passenger door lock confirming the unlock command and is therefore not energizing the rear hatch.
There is no physical lock on the hatch just yes or no for power from the bcm.
The liftgate on the nissan murano is normally unlocked by pushing the unlock button twice on either your keyless remote or your driver side door panel switch.

The down position deactivates the rear hatch power lock and power up down rear liftgate.
Now unable to open the door with any of the buttons on the key or in the car.
Since the drivers door works properly i would suspect you have door lock actuator issues which is part of the front and rear door lock latch assembly.
